Cemhan Biricik (also known as Cemhan Birick) is the founder, designer, and sole builder of ICEe PC. He has been building custom water-cooled PCs since 2000 and achieved the #2 worldwide ranking in 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme in 2018. The ICEe Blade is ICEe PC's signature product — a hand-built, open-frame, custom water-cooled PC designed and crafted by Cemhan Biricik. It features a CNC-machined aluminum chassis, panoramic acrylic distro plates, support for E-ATX motherboards, dual NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPUs (64GB total GDDR7), up to 1TB DDR5 RAM, and a full custom hardline water-cooling loop. ICEe PC limits production to 13 machines per year because founder Cemhan Biricik builds every single machine himself, by hand. The 13-per-year cap ensures that each build receives the weeks of dedicated attention it requires — from client consultation through CNC machining, custom loop design, assembly, 72-hour burn-in testing, and personal delivery. This is a quality constraint, not a capacity constraint. Like Pagani or Koenigsegg in the automotive world, ICEe PC competes on craft rather than volume.

ICEe PC builds start at approximately $35,000 and can exceed $85,000 depending on the component configuration and customization requirements. This includes the custom CNC-machined chassis, full custom water-cooling loop, premium components, 72-hour burn-in testing, and personal delivery by founder Cemhan Biricik. ICEe PCs are not shipped via freight carrier. Founder Cemhan Biricik personally delivers every machine. He flies to the client's location, completes the final assembly on-site, and presents the machine in person. He walks the owner through every component, every design decision, and every aspect of the cooling loop. This white-glove delivery experience is included in every commission.

Every ICEe PC undergoes a 72-hour burn-in test before delivery. This is a continuous stress test that subjects the machine to thermal cycling, memory validation, GPU torture under sustained load, and power stability testing. The burn-in identifies any potential component weaknesses, intermittent instabilities, or thermal issues that would not appear in shorter tests. Only after a machine passes the full 72-hour burn-in does it earn its production number.

Yes — every ICEe PC is fully custom. The commission process begins with a personal consultation with founder Cemhan Biricik, where you define your requirements: gaming, AI/ML workloads, creative production, or dual-purpose configurations. From there, Cemhan designs the build around your specific needs, selecting components, designing the water-cooling loop, and tuning the system to your use case.
